Understanding our refund policy

We have a no-refund policy, as domain registrations and related services are processed immediately and are non-reversible. We understand that mistakes can happen, so we encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.

What are the possible reasons for a refund delay

If you are expecting a refund due to a billing error, here are some possible reasons for a delay:

1. No refund is processed: Refunds are not applicable for domain registrations, renewals, or add-on services. If you believe there was a billing mistake, refer to our article on How to Request a Refund.

2. Processing time by your bank: If a refund has been approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

3. Payment method restrictions: Some payment methods (e.g., prepaid cards) may restrict refunds. Check with your bank or card provider for more information.

4. Incorrect refund details: If you provided incorrect or outdated payment details during the refund process, it may cause delays.

What to do if your refund is delayed

Refund requests are not automated and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our billing team in exceptional circumstances.

If you're waiting for a refund, follow these steps:

1. Check your bank statement: Look for any pending transactions or refunded amounts.

2. Confirm the refund processing time: If your bank has specific refund timelines, wait for the standard processing period.

3. Contact our Support Team: If your refund issue is unrelated to your bank, reach out to us for further assistance.
