Understanding our refund policy

We have a no-refund policy, as domain registrations and related services are processed immediately and are non-reversible. We understand that mistakes can happen, so we encourage you to carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.

What to check before making a purchase

Before completing your payment, ensure the following:

1. Verify your domain name: Double-check the spelling of your domain before registering it. Domains cannot be renamed or changed after purchase.

2. Review pricing and renewal costs: Make sure you understand the initial cost and renewal fees before proceeding.

3. Check your auto-renewal settings: If you do not want your domain to renew automatically, disable Auto-Renew in advance.

4. Confirm add-on purchases: Services like Privacy Protection and email hosting are non-refundable. Review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

What to do in case of a billing error

Follow these steps if you believe there is a billing error:

1. Review your billing history: Check the Billing & Payments section to verify any charges.

2. Check for auto-renewal charges: Review your active services to see if you were recently charged for a renewal.

3. Contact our Support Team: If you spot a billing error, reach out to us for further assistance.
