Our platform generally does not support coupon codes or promo codes for automatic domain renewals, or any add-on services.

However, coupon codes can be used when purchasing a new domain or manually renewing a domain (only if auto-renewal is disabled) from a storefront that offers promotions. If you have a valid coupon code, you must make your purchase or manual renewal directly from that storefront to apply the discount.

1. Add your selected domain to the cart

2. On the Payment page, find the Coupon code field

3. Enter the coupon or promo code

4. Click Apply and verify that the discount has been applied

5. Click Pay now to complete the transaction

1. Log in to your account

2. Find the domain you want to renew under Your domains and click the Manage button (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)

3. Under the Overview tab, scroll to the Domain information section

4. If Auto-Renew is enabled on the domain name, a coupon code won't be applied. Hence, it must be disabled first. (Ref: Our guide on How to Disable Auto-Renew for Your Domain.

5. In the Domain information section, click Renew now (after confirming that Auto-Renew is disabled for this domain name.

6. Under Order summary, enter your coupon code and click Apply.

Note: Some coupons shall only be valid for a specific tenure.

If the terms of the coupon offer are met, the coupon shall now be applied to your domain renewal order.
