How to enable Auto-Renew
Follow these steps to enable Auto-Renew for your domain when you don’t have a credit card on file:
1. Log in to your account
2. Find your domain under Your domains and click the Manage button (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)
3. Under the Overview tab, scroll to the Domain information section
4. In the Domain information section, locate the Auto-Renew section
5. Click the Enable button in the Auto-Renew section
6. If you don’t have a credit card on file, you’ll be prompted to add and save your card details before Auto-Renew is activated
7. Enter your card details and click Save
8. Once your card is authenticated, Auto-Renew will be enabled automatically for your domain
Note: Enabling Auto-Renew ensures your domain is automatically renewed before its expiration date, so you don’t lose it. To ensure Auto-Renew functions seamlessly, please ensure that your payment details are up to date in your Billing & Payments settings.
