How to access the Billing & Payments page in your account
To access the Billing & Payments page, log in to your account.
Follow these steps to log in to your account:
1. Open your browser and navigate to the website or platform where you purchased your domain
2. Locate and click the Login button, typically found in the top-right corner or in the menu
3. Enter your email address (used for registration) and password
4. Click Log in or Sign in (depending on the platform)
5. Once logged in, click Account or My Account (depending on the platform), usually in the top-right corner or in the menu
You have successfully logged in.
Follow these steps to open the Billing & Payments page:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Billing & Payments
4. Once the Billing & Payments page opens, you can manage your payment information
How to add a card
Follow these steps to add a card:
1. Access the Billing & Payments page as described above
2. Click Add card
3. Enter your card details
4. (Optional) Select the Save as default checkbox to set this card as the default for your future transactions
5. Click Save
Note: Your card issuing bank may require additional verification at this stage. If prompted, please complete the verification process.
Your new card is now saved to your account.
How to update an existing card
Follow these steps to update a card:
1. Access the Billing & Payments page as described above
2. Under Your saved cards, locate the card you want to update and click the edit icon
3. Modify your card details as needed
4. Click Save
Note: Your card issuing bank may require additional verification at this stage. If prompted, please complete the verification process.
Your card details are now updated.
How to delete a card
Follow these steps to delete a card:
1. Access the Billing & Payments page as described above
2. Under Your saved cards, locate the card you want to delete and click the edit icon
3. Click Delete card
Note: If this card is your default payment method for upcoming payments, you will not be able to delete it until you add another card or cancel your active services. Your active services may include Domain Auto-Renewal, Privacy Protection, Email Services, and more.
4. Click Delete card to confirm
Your card is now deleted.
