How to Remove an Active Email Account in Titan Email

This article explains how to delete an active Titan email account before removing it from your Titan Email order

If the email account you want to remove is active, you need to delete it from the Titan Email Control Panel before removing it from your order.

How to remove an active Titan email account

Follow these steps to remove an active email account:

1. Log in to your account

2. Find the domain you want to manage under Your domains (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)

3. Once you find your domain, click the Manage button

4. Click the Email tab

5. Click User management under the Email tab to open the Titan Email Control Panel

6. Click the Email Accounts tab

7. Find the active email account you want to delete

8. Click Delete Account

9. Click Confirm

Once the active email account is deleted, it will be marked as unused. To remove the unused account from your order, follow the steps in How to Add or Remove Email Accounts in Titan Email.
