What to consider before cancelling your Titan Email service

Cancelling your Titan Email service is a permanent and irreversible action. Here’s what you need to know before proceeding:

  • No refunds will be provided: Cancelling your Titan Email service does not make you eligible for any refund or credit.

  • All email accounts will be permanently deleted: All stored messages, contacts, and settings associated with your Titan Email service will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Access to email data will be lost: Once cancelled, you will no longer be able to access your Titan Email accounts or any associated data.

  • No data backup will be available: We do not store any backup of your Titan Email data. We strongly recommend downloading or exporting any important emails or attachments before cancelling the service.

How to cancel your Titan Email service

To cancel your Titan Email service, log in to your account.

Follow these steps to log in to your account:

1. Open your browser and navigate to the website or platform where you purchased your domain

2. Locate and click the Login button, typically found in the top-right corner or in the menu

3. Enter your email address (used for registration) and password

4. Click Log in or Sign in (depending on the platform)

5. Once logged in, click Account or My Account (depending on the platform), usually in the top-right corner or in the menu

You have successfully logged in.

Follow these steps to delete your Titan Email service:

1. Find your domain under Your domains and click the Manage button (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)

2. Click the Email tab

3. Under the Email tab, click Cancel Titan Email

4. Read the details in the pop-up window and click Cancel Titan Email only if you are completely sure about proceeding

Your Titan Email service is now cancelled.
