Deleted emails in Titan Email are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Backups are not stored. If you need help or have questions, visit the Titan Email Help Center.
2) I accidentally deleted my Titan Email account. Can I get my 90-day free trial back?
The 90-day free trial can’t be restored once your Titan Email account is deleted. A second free trial isn’t available for the same domain. To keep using Titan Email, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
3) How can I set my domain's MX and SPF records correctly to make my email work?
You don’t need to set these records manually. When you activate Titan Email, all required DNS records, including MX, SPF, and others, are added automatically. Allow up to 24 hours for DNS changes to fully propagate. After that, your Titan Email should start working as expected.
4) Is Titan Email encrypted?
Yes, Titan Email uses strong encryption and security measures to protect your account and data, including:
HTTPS/TLS encryption with 256-bit ciphers
TLS protection between Titan’s backend systems and mail servers
SSL/TLS encryption for IMAP and SMTP connections
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added account security
5) Is Titan Email similar to Gmail, or are there any differences?
Titan Email offers a similar experience to Gmail, with a modern inbox, calendar, contacts, and mobile apps for Android and iOS.
The key difference is that Titan Email is built specifically for business email on your own domain, such as [email protected], which helps you build trust and establish a professional brand identity.
When you buy a domain, you get a custom email address like [email protected] with a 3-month free trial of Titan Email. You’ll have full access to all business features during the trial, and you can cancel anytime or switch to another provider if you prefer.
6) Do I get a custom email when I buy a domain, or is it just a 3-month free trial?
When you buy a domain, you get a custom email address like [email protected] with a 3-month free trial of Titan Email. After the trial ends, you can subscribe to a paid plan to keep using your custom email. If you choose not to continue, your domain will remain active, and you’re free to select a different email provider.
7) How to Add or Reduce Users in Your Titan Email Plan
The free Titan Email trial plan includes 2 user accounts by default for 90 days.
When upgrading from the free trial to a paid plan, you cannot add or reduce the number of user accounts at the time of purchase.
Once you are on the paid plan, you’ll have the option to add or reduce the number of user accounts (seats) at the time of renewal.
