How to Add or Remove Email Accounts in Titan Email

This article explains how to add new email accounts or remove unused accounts from your Titan Email order.

What should you know about Titan Email accounts?

  • You can add email accounts at any time during your service term.

  • The cost of additional accounts is calculated on a pro-rata basis until your order expires.

  • No refunds are issued for deleted accounts.

  • To reduce the number of accounts, delete the ones you no longer need before renewing your plan.

  • You must keep at least one active email account to maintain your Titan Email order. Deleting all email accounts will delete the entire order.

How to add email accounts in Titan email

Follow these steps to add more email accounts to your Titan email order:

1. Log in to your account

2. Find your domain under Your domains and click the Manage button (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)

3. Click the Email tab (Here, you will see how many email accounts are included in your current package.)

4. Click Add or delete accounts

5. In the Add or delete email accounts popup, click the Add accounts tab

6. Select the number of email accounts you want to add

7. Click the Add account(s) button

8. Review the order details and your payment method

9. Click Pay now to complete the purchase

Your new email accounts will be available once the purchase is processed.

How to remove email accounts in Titan email

Note: Titan email accounts are non-refundable once purchased. You can delete accounts, but no refunds will be issued.

Follow these steps to remove unused email accounts:

1. Log in to your account

2. Find your domain under Your domains and click the Manage button (you can also search for your domain using the Search icon)

3. Click the Email tab (Here, you will see how many email accounts are included in your current package.)

4. Click Add or delete accounts

5. In the Add or delete email accounts popup, click the Delete accounts tab

6. Select the number of unused accounts you want to remove

Note: Only unused accounts can be deleted. The number of unused accounts is displayed next to Number of unused email accounts.

7. Click Delete account(s)

8. Click Delete account(s) to confirm deletion

Once confirmed, the selected unused email accounts will be removed from your Titan email order.
