Follow these steps to change your email address:
1. Access the My Account page as described in our article How to Add or Update Your Profile Information
2. In the Profile details section, click the edit icon
3. Select Change email address
4. Enter your new email address and click Save
5. Check your current and new email inboxes for a one-time password (OTP)
6. Enter the OTPs sent to both your old and new email addresses, then click Submit OTP to confirm
Note: If you can’t receive the OTP or no longer have access to your email address, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
Your email address (username) is now updated.
