How to log in to your account

Steps to log in to your account

  1. Open your browser and navigate to the website or platform where you purchased your domain

  2. Locate and click the Login button, usually in the top-right corner of the homepage or accessible via the menu icon

  3. Enter your email address (used for registration) and password

  4. Click Log in or Sign in (depending on the platform)

  5. Once the Domain Dashboard opens, you can manage your domains

How to reset your password

Steps to reset your password

  1. Open your browser and navigate to the website where you purchased your domain

  2. Locate and click the Login button, usually in the top-right corner of the homepage or accessible via the menu icon

  3. Click Can’t access your account? or Forgot Password (depending on the platform) on the login screen

  4. Enter your registered email address and click Submit

  5. Check your email for a message with the subject "Password Reset Request"

  6. If you can’t find the email, check your junk or spam folder

  7. In the "Password Reset Request" email, click the Reset Password button

  8. Enter and confirm your new password


  9. Click Save

Password requirements

Your new password must include:

  • 8-15 characters

  • Uppercase letters (A-Z)

  • Lowercase letters (a-z)

  • Numbers (0-9)

  • Special characters (~*!@$#%_+.?:,{})

Your password is now updated and you can use it to log in to your account.
